Launched in the heart of Auckland City in October 2023, Cocoa Wilds was founded by chocolatier Byron McLean to create a delicious range of premium handcrafted chocolate. Byron and the Cocoa Wilds team handcraft a range of award-winning bean-to-bar chocolate, bonbons and Dubai chocolate. If you visit Cocoa Wilds O‘Connell Street, Auckland cafe, factory and store, you’ll see them making chocolate. Alongside this immersive experience - with the cafe famed for its Hot Chocolate - Cocoa Wilds showcases its creations as well as New Zealand’s finest bean-to-bar producers, offering a premium chocolate experience.
