Midnight Cherry

A drizzle of Kiwi Spirit Distillery’s Blackberry Liqueur adds depth and a touch of sultry sweetness, creating layers of berry flavour that unfold with every sip. Poured over plenty of ice and finished with a fresh sprig of rosemary, it’s a bold yet refreshing cocktail—perfect for late nights, slow sunsets, and everything in between.

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice and add the bourbon, then pour in the Sidekick Cherry Soda, almost to the top.

  2. Add the Blackberry Liqueur, then garnish with rosemary.
