Method

  1. Add the matcha powder to a small bowl and pour in the hot water. Whisk and set aside

  2. Fill a large tumbler with ice and add soda water, leaving an inch at the top

  3. Pour in the Lemonade syrup and matcha, then add the Yuzu & Mandarin Seltz Drops

  4. Add a straw and stir

  5. Garnish with a mandarin slice
