Plum Daiquiri

Lush, vibrant and irresistibly smooth, the Plum Daiquiri is a fresh take on a timeless classic. The star, though, is the Black Doris plum syrup—rich, velvety and full of deep, ruby-toned flavour. Shaken ice-cold and strained into a chilled glass, it’s a beautifully balanced cocktail with a sweet-tart finish. Garnish with a slice of lime and enjoy a sip that feels both bold and elegant.

Ingredients

  • 60ml white rum

  • 30ml lime juice (The Limery)

  • 30ml Black Doris Plum syrup

  • Ice

  • Garnish with lime slice

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker.

  2. Shake then strain into chilled martini/coupe glass.

  3. Garnish with a slice of lime
