Kiwitini

Vibrant, zingy and just a little bit cheeky, the Kiwitini is a playful twist on a classic martini. Dry gin lays down a crisp, clean backbone, while a scoop of Kiwi Sorbet Gold melts into the mix, bringing bright tropical flavour and a silky texture. Balanced with a splash of Limery lime juice and shaken into an icy froth, it pours into the glass glossy, green and irresistible. Finish with a slice of lime and enjoy a cocktail that feels like pure New Zealand summer.

Ingredients

  • 60ml dry gin

  • 1 scoop Kiwi Sorbet Gold

  • 30ml lime juice (The Limery)

Method

  1. Take your Kiwi Sorbet out of the freezer 30 minutes in advance (it needs to be soft)

  2. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.

  3. Shake and serve in a martini glass or coupe, then garnish with a slice of lime.
