Kiwitini

Dry gin lays down a crisp, clean backbone, while a scoop of Kiwi Sorbet Gold melts into the mix, bringing bright tropical flavour and a silky texture. Balanced with a splash of Limery lime juice and shaken into an icy froth, it pours into the glass glossy, green and irresistible. Finish with a slice of lime and enjoy a cocktail that feels like pure New Zealand summer.
Ingredients
60ml dry gin
1 scoop Kiwi Sorbet Gold
30ml lime juice (The Limery)
Method
Take your Kiwi Sorbet out of the freezer 30 minutes in advance (it needs to be soft)
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
Shake and serve in a martini glass or coupe, then garnish with a slice of lime.
