Matcha Yuzu Spritzer
NON ALCOHOLIC
A refreshing fusion of earthy matcha and zesty citrus, this spritzer is the perfect pick-me-up for sunny afternoons or elegant brunches. The vibrant green tea notes balance beautifully with the tang of yuzu and mandarin, while a splash of soda adds a light, sparkling finish. Bright, energising, and effortlessly sophisticated — it’s a modern twist on mindful sipping.
Ingredients
20ml Six Barrel Soda Lemonade Syrup
½ tsp Premium Latte Grade Matcha (Matcha Matcha)
30ml hot water (not boiling–about 80°C)
Soda water
Ice
Slice of mandarin (or lemon) to garnish
Method
Add the matcha powder to a small bowl and pour in the hot water. Whisk and set aside
Fill a large tumbler with ice and add soda water, leaving an inch at the top
Pour in the Lemonade syrup and matcha, then add the Yuzu & Mandarin Seltz Drops
Add a straw and stir
Garnish with a mandarin slice
